ACL CSC400 Burner Management Systems/Combustion Safety Controller
The ACL CSC400 Combustion Safety Controller is a leading edge burner management system which provides burner ignition and flame fail sensing for single or dual burner applications.
It monitors three separate thermocouple inputs that can be used for temperature control in process applications such as tanks, heater/treaters, fired separators, line heaters, re-boilers or any other applications where accurate temperature monitoring and or control is required.
The CSC400 can be configured to be used on incinerators, enclosed combustors, and flare stacks as well. The CSC400 provides two 4-20mA inputs and outputs for shutdown, monitoring, and/or transmitter requirements, as well as Modbus for communication and control.
ACL CSC 200 Burner Management Systems/Combustion Safety Controller
The ACL CSC 200 Combustion Safety Controller is a simple to use Burner Management System/Combustion Safety Controller that has an abundance of features with no programming requirements needed.
The ACL CSC200 provides burner ignition and flame fail sensing, shutdown monitoring of multiple inputs, as well as monitoring of two separate thermocouple inputs which can be utilized for temperature control in process applications such as tanks, heater/treaters, fired separators, line-heaters, re-boilers or any other application where accurate temperature monitoring or control is required.
The system is designed to operate with or without a continuous pilot. The ACL CSC200 has Modbus communication capabilities. The ACL CSC 200 meets and exceeds Canadian B149.3-15 CSA Standards US NFPA86 Guidelines.
LEGACY MODEL: ACL 5500 Combustion Safety Controller
The ACL 5500 Combustion Safety Controller is designed to ignite and prove a continuous pilot and monitor and annunciate multiple heater shutdowns for all types of natural gas fired heaters and industrial sized burner applications.

ACL CSC400-FD Forced Draft Burner Management System/Combustion Safety Controller
The ACL Forced Draft CSC400-FD Combustion Safety Controller is a leading edge burner management system which provides burner ignition and air/fuel ratio control for forced draft burner applications.
It monitors three separate thermocouple inputs that can be used for temperature control in process applications such as tanks, heater/treaters, fired separators, line heaters, re-boilers or any other applications where accurate temperature monitoring and/or control is required.
The CSC400-FD can be configured to be used on forced draft incinerators, combustors, and air-assisted flare stacks as well.
The CSC400-FD provides control for fuel and air ratios for fine tuning. Modbus communications for measurement and control is provided as standard.
ACL IGN400-PM Ignition Module
The ACL IGN400-PM is a CSA certified direct-spark, safety device that senses the pilot and main burners via flame ionization.
The IGN400-PM is intended to be used with all ACL burner management systems, combustion safety controllers, and flare stack/incinerator systems.
Only one pilot ignitor rod is required for both spark and flame sensing. The main burner flame can also be monitored by using a second rod.
The flame signal strength is displayed and LED indication of the pilot, main and flame fail.
